BACK TO THE ROOTS
SUNDAY WITH FAMILY
COUNTRYSIDE MENU
PANZANELLA
Yesterday’s bread comes back to life, soaked in good olive oil and sunlight. Born from simplicity, panzanella carries a soul rich with memories: hands that broke bread with respect, outdoor tables filled with laughter, and mismatched glasses of red wine. Each bite tells the story of the countryside summer — quiet, honest, and wise — when simplicity itself was a celebration.
ITALIAN COLD CUTS AND CHEESES
An embrace of flavors that speaks of old homes and generous tables. Honey and pears caress the cured meats and cheeses like a toast to time passing slowly. It’s the simplicity of Sundays from long ago — the board Grandma would prepare with care, when the scent of prosciutto and pecorino was enough to make everyone smile.
CACIO E UOVA MEATBALLS
Little bombs of tradition, born from the desire to add flavor even to the simplest days.
SPAGHETTONE WITH ABRUZZO LAMB RAGÙ
The scent of this ragù fills the house and brings everyone back to the table. It’s Abruzzo telling its own story through patience, fire, and love.
ABRUZZO LAMB CHOPS ON THE GRILL
The famous “scottadito” lamb cutlets are a tribute to my homeland — tender meat sizzling over the fire, the aroma of smoke and wild herbs. Fennel, lemon and mint refresh the palate, telling the authentic taste of Abruzzo’s countryside, where fire and simplicity are all you need to create magic.
One bottle of water and one bottle of wine are included for every two guests.
